1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meita.ai ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Meita.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. API Keys

When you use Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), your API keys are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on Meita.ai servers. You are responsible for the security and usage costs of your own API keys.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software to generate metadata for content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates stock platform terms of service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated metadata will be accepted by any stock platform. Use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meita.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
